Runner In My Shoes

Please join us at noon, Wednesday, June 10 as BRIDGES hosts our “In My Shoes” Virtual Gala.

The year “In My Shoes” focuses on sports and recreation.  Pre-recorded videos will provide viewers the opportunity to see and hear personal stories of how sports and recreation have impacted the lives of people with disabilities.  These reflections are tales of triumph, survival, camaraderie, and fulfillment.  Carlos Martinez, Executive Director will be live for a portion of the event.

To maximize support for our honorees, we ask that you extend an invitation to those around you as we recognize Sean Magee, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Anchor Trading with Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office-Leadership Award;  Marissa Fremont, Executive Director, Rockland County Challenger Little League with the Empowerment Award; and the Adapted Sports & Recreation Program at Helen Hayes Hospital with the Advocacy Award.
